A full detailed planning application has now been submitted for the redevelopment of the Mansfield's former transport terminal site (a key site in Mansfield District Councils emerging local plan) for an on behalf of ARBA Group. The significant development will provide a gateway to Mansfiled's central district and comprises of a six storey 100 bedroom hotel with associated restaurant and three on site takeaway/restaurant units. It is anticipated works are due to start on site by the end of 2020.
