Stockwell Gateway

A full detailed planning application has been submitted for an on behalf of Mansfield based developer ARBA group for the re-development of the former Mansfield bus terminal on Rosemary Street, Mansfield. The £12 million development is set to include a 100 bedroom hotel with associated restaurant and a further three takeaway/restaurant units on site. A key site within MDC's local plan the proposed if approved will provide a gateway development that will regenerate the area, bringing vibrancy and greater connectivity to the centre of Mansfield.
