Planning application has recently been submitted for an on behalf of Mansfield based developer 'ARBA Developments' for the proposed demolition of the former Strand Cinema, Church Lane, Market Warsop and subsequent construction of a retail/leisure scheme within the site curtilage. Circa 1789 square meters of flexible/modern retail space is to be deliver on site to breath new life into the area. A contemporary yet sympathetic desigin has been produced to satisfy the needs of current high street brands whilst respect the Market Warsop Conservation Area.
